An oceanfront house,
built for the week you've earned.
A soaking tub with an ocean view. A patio at sunset. A real kitchen and a real wine fridge. Twenty steps to the sand. Bring one other couple if you'd like — or don't.
OCEANFRONT · PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS · CONCIERGE SERVICE · MURRELLS INLET, SC
Most beach rentals at this scale come pre-loaded with sand toys, sleeper sofas, and the energy of a daycare. Ocean Breeze is different. It's a 2024 rebuild — a seven-bedroom oceanfront house designed at the quiet end of luxury, with the kind of materials and finishes you'd find in a small private estate.
Most of our couples come for the master with the soaking tub and the ocean view. They cook on the patio, walk the beach at sunrise, and let the concierge handle dinner reservations. Some bring another couple — friends they've been meaning to take a real trip with for years. Some come alone, just the two of them, and let the rest of the house be the empty backdrop to a quieter week.
A house big enough to disappear into. Built for a week you'll want to remember.
Not a list of amenities. A list of moments.
The oceanfront patio gets the morning sun first. Coffee at the rail, the beach empty, just the sound of the waves and one pelican working the surf. The kind of morning you forgot you used to have.
Twenty steps from the patio to the beach. Walk south for a mile, look for sand dollars, come back. Nobody knows where you are. Nobody is asking you for anything. This is the trip's recurring ritual.
One of the masters has a deep soaking tub positioned for the view. Light a candle, pour the wine, take the time you usually don't take. The kind of bathroom moment most rentals pretend doesn't matter.
A real kitchen with a wine fridge, a real grill on the patio, and a dining table that catches the last light. Cook in tonight. Tomorrow we'll do Frank's in Pawleys. The night after, the concierge brings a chef.
One of the upstairs bedrooms has a private balcony facing the marsh — the sunset side of the house. The view changes for an hour. The tiki bar is downstairs if you want it; the spa is heated if you don't.
The house has seven bedrooms, but you only use two — the master and the second. The other five sit dark and quiet at the end of the hall. The bed is a King with premium linens. You'll sleep the way you used to.
The bedrooms and patios that turn a rental into a memory.
An upstairs master positioned for both the ocean and the bath. The soaking tub is set against a window framing the water. Premium linens, smart TV, an en-suite shower for the morning.
The other king master, ocean-facing, with the kind of morning light that makes you want to stay in bed. If you've brought one other couple, this is the one you give them.
A queen bedroom with its own balcony facing the marsh — the sunset side of the house. The view changes for an hour every evening. Coffee in the morning, wine at twilight.
The patio runs the length of the back of the house, facing the Atlantic. Outdoor dining, lounge chairs, ceiling fans, and a clear view of the boardwalk down to the sand. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can all happen here.
An eight-person heated spa and a fenced infinity pool. Sit in the spa at midnight with the stars overhead. This is the move on the second night, when you finally let go of the week you came from.
A covered tiki bar between the patio and the pool, stocked with whatever you bring. The drink before dinner happens here. So does the nightcap.
